Bostanci FK's Lukas Podolski got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Slovakia's Zigmund Maliar got a free kick in the 14th minute. Çelebi Taşan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrich Slany having to interfere. Olaf Ciborek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Bostanci FK getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Atakan Nebi hit a great ball. Henrich Slany was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Lukas Podolski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lukas Podolski really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Slovakia's Zigmund Maliar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mehmet Emin Ersezer in the 28 minute of the game. After having played for 39 minutes, Çelebi Taşan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bostanci FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Çelebi Taşan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Zigmund Maliar fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slovakia's protests and gave Zigmund Maliar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th match minute, Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zigmund Maliar to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lukas Podolski to strike the kick off in the second half. Henrich Slany made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çelebi Taşan in the 56th minute of play. Lukas Podolski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukas Podolski in the 59th minute of play. Çelebi Taşan took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Mehmet Emin Ersezer made in the 62nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Metehan Bilgin however managed to control. Çelebi Taşan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Ciborek in the 66th minute of play. Henrich Slany showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Çelebi Taşan, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 73 played minutes Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Oliver Holub. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olaf Ciborek in the 75th minute of play forced Slovakia's goalkeeper Henrich Slany to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Çelebi Taşan notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Slovakia's Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80th minute, Metehan Bilgin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrich Slany made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çelebi Taşan in the 85th minute of play. Çelebi Taşan took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bostanci FK fully deserved thier win.
