Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karol Borowski in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mauro Abarca might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fodor Daniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauro Abarca ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 16th minute of play forced C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when C. A. Potrero's goal looked a bit too open when Balazs Lajos came free, but Emil Arendarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by C. A. Potrero's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. C. A. Potrero's Emil Arendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Valentin in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd match minute, Hungary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bakos Endre to maneuver through the defense. Antal Valentin hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute Karol Borowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antal Valentin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, C. A. Potrero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Silvino to maneuver through the defense. Karol Borowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bakos Endre's late challenge caught a C. A. Potrero's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bakos Endre helped the player get up and apologised. After 60 played minutes Hungary got a freekick which was hit by Bakos Endre. The supporters of C. A. Potrero booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bakos Endre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Marajda in the 63rd minute of play. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateusz Marajda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauro Silvino scored 4-0 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fodor Daniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. Potrero's goalkeeper Emil Arendarski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Major Barna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emil Arendarski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antal Valentin in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro Abarca in the 81st minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C. A. Mateusz Marajda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fodor Daniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After having played for 92 minutes, Mateusz Marajda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C. A. Potrero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mateusz Marajda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, C. A. Potrero's Emil Arendarski got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. C. A. Potrero were victorious despite being under pressure from Hungary for much of the match.
