Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andreas Olsson in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fodor Daniel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 10 minutes into the match, Team Xtra personell's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Valentin came free, but Frans Snell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kim Nilsson during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Major Barna in the 19th minute of play forced Team Xtra personell's goalkeeper Frans Snell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute Major Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frans Snell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Hungary booed when Team Xtra personell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Oskar Odman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frans Snell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antal Valentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven Östlund hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Team Xtra personell's Karl-Oskar Odman got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Olsson in the 35th minute of play. After having played for 39 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Major Barna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Frans Snell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Major Barna struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Frans Snell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. After having played for 46 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Antal Valentin made the kick off in the second half. The nice shot from Antal Valentin in the 56thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Frans Snell had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. When Antal Valentin got free in front of the goal in the 56th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Frans Snell was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 66 played minutes Team Xtra personell got a freekick which was hit by Jim Brenner. Major Barnas short, quick shot in the 68thth minute got Frans Snell to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sven Östlund was shown his second yellow card after 84 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Hungary booed when Team Xtra personell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Östlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute Andreas Olsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungary's supporters rose to their feet, but Antal Valentin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frans Snell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sebastian Björnberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Team Xtra personell getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Sebastian Björnberg hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Team Xtra personell's zone, Major Barna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frans Snell came out of the goal and Major Barna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hungary were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Team Xtra personell to leave the ground with a draw.
