Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelino Arlo in the 16th minute of the match. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seoirse McJon in the 18th minute of play. Seoirse McJon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelino Arlo in the 24th minute of play. Raimundo Kaiet received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arnout Reekers came out and tried to block the shot, but Raimundo Kaiet slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Groeneveldt in the 29th minute of play forced Anga FC's goalkeeper Tomas Baldovino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrea Pennetta's late challenge caught a Netherlands's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andrea Pennetta helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd match minute, Anga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrea Pennetta to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelino Arlo to strike the kick off in the second half. Tomas Baldovino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Meesters in the 56th minute of play. Tomas Baldovino came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Netherlands's Lars Meesters. But to his dismay, Lars Meesters quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Tomas Baldovino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wim Wilmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Tomas Baldovino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Meesters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anga FC made a substitution.
