Geronimo Kaxen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Khalid Kennedy made a huge save. Xavier Gallagher scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Constantino Paublo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Issac Dawson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Paublo having to interfere. Gustavo Loren kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Zdzislaw Janiczek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Kennedy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1-2 became the score in the 33rd minute when Kyle Cox elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Constantino Paublo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Issac Dawson in the 36th minute of play. Khalid Kennedy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ovidio Flor in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute, Issac Dawson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The England fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. England's Micah Macdonald got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With a little luck, Candelaria FC's Constantino Paublo got control of the ball when Micah Macdonald tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Issac Dawson took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Constantino Paublo to make any attempt to save it. Khalid Kennedy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zdzislaw Janiczek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of England booed when Candelaria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosendo Iraido didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the game, England's Issac Dawson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Constantino Paublo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Issac Dawson scored 1-6 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Constantino Paublo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The corner led to Candelaria FC's Geronimo Kaxen getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 80 minutes into the match, England's goal looked a bit too open when Zdzislaw Janiczek came free, but Khalid Kennedy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Geronimo Kaxen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Candelaria FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-6. Constantino Paublo came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by England's Issac Dawson. But to his dismay, Issac Dawson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-7. England's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
