A well-hit corner resulted in Bogdan Malinovski heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 31 minutes into the game, Romania's Adam Olaru nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Till Lindemann made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 38 minutes into the match, Demetrio Mostache had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carol Stinga. Romania's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Demetrio Mostache was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Romania's Carol Stinga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demetrio Mostache in the 57th minute of play. In the 61st minute Adam Olaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Till Lindemann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demetrio Mostache in the 64th minute of play forced Romania's goalkeeper Carol Stinga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Argir Gúrlichkov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carol Stinga having to make a save. ☆冰谷☆永远的9号『法皇』's Till Lindemann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavian Vaduva in the 92nd minute of play. Till Lindemann was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Alexandru Pangratiu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alexandru Pangratiu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3.
