The supporters of Challestone S.C. booed when Zamalek FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Schukin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 3rd minute Lukasz Rukszcz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rhys Dimmock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4 minutes into the match, Challestone S.C.'s goalkeeper Pepe Pancho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fred Kirkpatrick. 5 minutes into the match, Zamalek FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dé 林义义 came free, but Rhys Dimmock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zamalek FC's Rhys Dimmock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukasz Rukszcz in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Lane in the 12th minute of play forced Challestone S.C.'s goalkeeper Pepe Pancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lukasz Rukszcz scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rhys Dimmock, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Challestone S.C.'s Pepe Pancho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Challestone S.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 18th minute, Lukasz Rukszcz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Challestone S.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Lukasz Rukszcz might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rhys Dimmock. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lukasz Rukszcz ran back to his position shaking his head. Rhys Dimmock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukasz Rukszcz in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute of the match Challestone S.C. got a corner. Zamalek FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ismael Blanco ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 30th minute, Zamalek FC's Fred Kirkpatrick ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pepe Pancho. Pepe Pancho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Rhys Dimmock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Blanco, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Mugurel Balaeț received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Pepe Pancho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Dé 林义义 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rhys Dimmock was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Rhys Dimmock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Blanco, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lukasz Rukszcz to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Challestone S.C. got a freekick which was hit by González Urraca. Harald Wester kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Pepe Pancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davis Duff in the 53rd minute of the match. Pepe Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Balaeț, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zamalek FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Davis Duff in the 57th minute. The corner ended in Davis Duff almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Challestone S.C.'s Pepe Pancho did a great save. After 58 minutes Challestone S.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Davis Duff who took care of the corner kick. Davis Duff made a great header on Zamalek FC's corner, it was just that Challestone S.C.'s Pepe Pancho managed to reach the ball for a save. Pepe Pancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tytus Banaszak, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Pepe Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Balaeț, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zamalek FC's Daron Joseph was substituted for Leonardo Lane. Challestone S.C. made a substitution. Viteri Aguinaga replaced Dé 林义义. After a rather tough play, Challestone S.C.'s Harald Wester got a free kick in the 67th minute. Pepe Pancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daron Joseph in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daron Joseph in the 70th minute of play forced Challestone S.C.'s goalkeeper Pepe Pancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benny Snel in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rhys Dimmock, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Challestone S.C. made a substitution. Raul Verga replaced Ismael Blanco. A collision led to Zamalek FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Mugurel Balaeț hit a great ball. Zamalek FC's Rhys Dimmock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benny Snel in the 84th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Challestone S.C.'s Benny Snel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rhys Dimmock. That made the score 1-4 after 87 minutes of play. Rhys Dimmock was a little too slow when Benny Snel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 1-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Challestone S.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
