If Albin Holweck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 43 minutes, Cristian Beliran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vamos Los Pibes!!!!'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Beliran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eliseo Sagrario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Cristian Beliran scored 2-0 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommy Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aquilino Bittor was the one to do the kick off. Janik Vogt's late challenge caught a Vamos Los Pibes!!!!'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Janik Vogt helped the player get up and apologised. Janik Vogt kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vamos Los Pibes!!!! fans cheered their team off the field, for while Germany had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
