In the 10th minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Supreme Mazarovich saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, Gijsbert ter Kruimer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Supreme Mazarovich was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Bailão De Munique FC booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egbert Nijveldt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wim Wilmes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Supreme Mazarovich having to interfere. Bailão De Munique FC's Supreme Mazarovich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wim Wilmes in the 23rd minute of play. Supreme Mazarovich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Gijsbert ter Kruimer made a precise shot to the right of Supreme Mazarovich. Bailão De Munique FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Netherlands were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Bailão De Munique FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gijsbert ter Kruimer took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Arósio in the 34th minute of play forced Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Supreme Mazarovich saved Bailão De Munique FC from getting behind. In the 36th minute, Wim Wilmes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Carnero came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Supreme Mazarovich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Gijsbert ter Kruimer made the kick off in the second half. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Laurie Cunninghan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bailão De Munique FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Supreme Mazarovich showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Netherlands's Gijsbert ter Kruimer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Supreme Mazarovich in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Supreme Mazarovich showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 89th minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Supreme Mazarovich saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Netherlands walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
