In the 17thth minute of the game Metod Mlynar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Labbeville's Stéphane Lozano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kornel Jahoda kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Gustave Parisse succeeded in the game's 21st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. 33 minutes into the game, Gustave Parisse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Henrich Slany was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Metod Mlynar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maurice Nay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Slovakia's Henrich Slany got control of the ball when Maurice Nay tried to sneak it across the goal line. Labbeville's Gustave Parisse got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Djibril Barbieux made in the 45th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Gildas Dutto immediately put the ball in play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of Labbeville booed when Slovakia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver Holub didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes in the game Olivier Clemenceau did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Gildas Dutto. With a little luck, Labbeville's Stéphane Lozano got control of the ball when Metod Mlynar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Henrich Slany took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gildas Dutto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Metod Mlynar got free with Stéphane Lozano in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Metod Mlynar fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slovakia's protests and gave Metod Mlynar a yellow card for diving instead. Metod Mlynar kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Slovakia's Zigmund Maliar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Djibril Barbieux in the 81 minute of the game. Metod Mlynar struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Stéphane Lozano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slovakia. Metod Mlynar got his second yellow card in the match during the 83rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Metod Mlynar hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After 89 minutes of play, Labbeville's Gildas Dutto made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henrich Slany was left in no man's land by his defense there!
