Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frank Sachs started the match with the kick off. Frank Sachs hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Germany's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Severiano Ibañez fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Piquirenda FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Isaac Oskarbi hit a great ball. After 13 minutes of play, Piquirenda FC's Eugenio Bernal made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Kahn was left in no man's land by his defense there! 17 minutes into the match, Eugenio Bernal notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the game, Isaac Oskarbi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Germany's Chris Mergenthaler quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Severiano Ibañez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Eugenio Bernal kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Kahn. That made the score 4-0 in the 25 minute of play. After having played for 40 minutes, Eugenio Bernal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piquirenda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Bernal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Severiano Ibañez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Bernal in the 44th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eugenio Bernal made a kick off. In the 54th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Stieler to maneuver through the defense. Eugenio Bernal might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eugenio Bernal ran back to his position shaking his head. 57 minutes into the match, Piquirenda FC's Eugenio Bernal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Piquirenda FC made a substitution. Eriberto Montrel replaced Filiberto Indartsu. Severiano Ibañez was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Piquirenda FC's Eugenio Bernal. But to his dismay, Eugenio Bernal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 69th minute Eugenio Bernal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the game, Piquirenda FC's Eugenio Bernal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Piquirenda FC's Cayetano Lluciano was substituted for Roberto Iratze. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. When Malte Schiele fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Germany's protests and gave Malte Schiele a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Malte Schiele hit a great ball. Ramlan Kussoy was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 78th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Piquirenda FC's Didi Papardelas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Holweck in the 80th minute of play. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Piquirenda FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Frank Sachs was slow to take the kick. During this time Germany's players had a chance to rest. Sven Krakouer was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Malte Schiele hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Cayetano Lluciano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. After 94 minutes, Cayetano Lluciano made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Germany's Tommy Kahn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Piquirenda FC fully deserved thier win.
