Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Erik Jilek started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Alan Rezek fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Czech Republic's protests and gave Alan Rezek a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Czech Republic getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Alan Rezek hit a great ball. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augustin Radu in the 12th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Denis Dostal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Augustin Radu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vavrinec Holub was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. After 21 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Alan Rezek. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Radu, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Augustin Radu came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eric Cimpoieru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th minute Erik Jilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Zdrobiş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Scorpions -MM- getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Alexandru Zăvoiu hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Dostal in the 42nd minute of play forced Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Cristinel Zdrobiş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vavrinec Holub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Cimpoieru in the 45th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augustin Radu got free with Vavrinec Holub in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Radu, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The supporters of Czech Republic booed when Scorpions -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodor Nisporeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Scorpions -MM-'s zone, Alan Rezek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristinel Zdrobiş came out of the goal and Alan Rezek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Augustin Radu notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub. Vavrinec Holub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Denis Dostal came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Czech Republic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Denis Dostal couldn't finish the play. Czech Republic's Vavrinec Holub played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Fărcașu in the 72nd minute of play. Eric Cimpoieru struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Vavrinec Holub didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scorpions -MM-. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Fărcașu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Cristian Fărcașu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Scorpions -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 88th minute, Teodor Nisporeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristinel Zdrobiş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Dostal, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Scorpions -MM- were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Czech Republic for a fine match.
