With 33 minutes on the clock, Rodolfo Miranda commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of Portugal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Shark FC - FSCMZ:s goal. In the 38th minute, Viriato Moura made a precise shot to the right of Wambasther Casillas. Shark FC - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. If Tiago dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felipe Barreto charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viriato Moura was the one to do the kick off. Bartolo Buinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Vianna in the 96th minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Shark FC - FSCMZ fully deserved thier win.
