After 2 played minutes Cosa nostra Lyon got a freekick which was hit by Moïse Pilot. 4 minutes into the match, Cosa nostra Lyon's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Joey Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Antal Valentin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Joey Costa quite easily take care of the ball. Major Barna scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joey Costa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute, Cosa nostra Lyon's Firmin Noury seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Firmin Noury the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cosa nostra Lyon protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Firmin Noury had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Hungary a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Antal Valentin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cosa nostra Lyon's Joey Costa. 0-2. Major Barna took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joey Costa. Joey Costa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 26 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joey Costa. Cosa nostra Lyon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antal Valentin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Cosa nostra Lyon's Joey Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takacs Tibor in the 30th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alex Lagarrigue during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cosa nostra Lyon's Alex Lagarrigue got a free kick in the 31st minute. 36 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joey Costa. Cosa nostra Lyon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antal Valentin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-7.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vivien Contant made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Hegedus Henrik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joey Costa. Cosa nostra Lyon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hegedus Henrik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. With a little luck, Cosa nostra Lyon's Joey Costa got control of the ball when Hegedus Henrik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joey Costa having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Balazs Lajos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Hungary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. In the 82nd minute Takacs Tibor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joey Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Major Barna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joey Costa. Cosa nostra Lyon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Major Barna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. In the 86th minute, Alex Lagarrigue hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, Cosa nostra Lyon's goal looked a bit too open when Hegedus Henrik came free, but Joey Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Batiste Legoux came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Cosa nostra Lyon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Batiste Legoux couldn't finish the play. Hegedus Henrik succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-12 in the 94th playminute. After 98 minutes of play, Hungary's Antal Valentin made it 0-13 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joey Costa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hungary played a much better game than Cosa nostra Lyon and deserved their victory. The Cosa nostra Lyon players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
