When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. Tommy Kahn made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when 邵南洲 sent off a good shot on target. Tommy Kahn was a little too slow when 邵南洲 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 邵南洲 was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when 郭俊景 came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪's 郝凡崇 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Sachs in the 63rd minute of play. 魏骋耀 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 邵南洲 in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, 邵南洲 made a precise shot to the right of Tommy Kahn. Germany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. ≮王者归来≯顺我者娼，逆我者汪's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
