Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Gaston Zárate made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd match minute, Zacisze Częstochowa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Verdu to maneuver through the defense. Zacisze Częstochowa's Miroslaw Gollob played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Olaru in the 7th minute of play. In the 10th minute Costica Vladimiri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miroslaw Gollob saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miroslaw Gollob didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Costica Vladimiri went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The supporters of Romania booed when Zacisze Częstochowa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaston Zárate didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carol Stinga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Zárate, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Zacisze Częstochowa's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Olaru came free, but Miroslaw Gollob reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gaston Zárate had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rasvan Cristescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Miroslaw Gollob tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, Romania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sanda Cutov to maneuver through the defense. When Romania's Alex Serban in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zacisze Częstochowa's goalie prevented a goal. If Costica Vladimiri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carol Stinga made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Damaso Alonso sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adam Olaru in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miroslaw Gollob saved Zacisze Częstochowa from getting behind. After 44 minutes Zacisze Częstochowa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adam Olaru who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Romania's corner Adam Olaru fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Miroslaw Gollob quite easily take care of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Miroslaw Gollob made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costica Vladimiri in the 53rd minute of play. Miroslaw Gollob showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Olaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Romania's Anton Stinga was substituted for Adam Olaru. Zacisze Częstochowa made a substitution. Akif Yetik replaced Maksymilian Drapinski. In the 62nd minute Romania were awarded a corner. Sanda Cutov went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Anton Stinga almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Zacisze Częstochowa's Miroslaw Gollob did a great save. Anton Stinga spun around in front of the goal 63 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Zacisze Częstochowa's goal. Miroslaw Gollob showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Stinga in the 65th minute of the match. Anton Stinga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romania's Alexandru Pangratiu was substituted for Alex Serban. Miroslaw Gollob made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rasvan Cristescu in the 70th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Akif Yetik put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Zacisze Częstochowa getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Zenon Cisek hit a great ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Anton Stinga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Romania's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anton Stinga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damaso Alonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carol Stinga having to interfere. In the 90th minute of the match, Cosmin Barbulescu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Miroslaw Gollob was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Zacisze Częstochowa's defense didn't have a chance, in the 98th minute, when Octavian Vaduva scored to the left of an out of position Miroslaw Gollob, making the score, 0-5. Romania's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
