Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Viriato Moura made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Damaso Alonso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zacisze Częstochowa's supporters rose to their feet, but Damaso Alonso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gaston Zárate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Wilson Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miroslaw Gollob took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Graciano Coutinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 1-0 became the score in the 14th minute when Gaston Zárate elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 17th minute of play forced Zacisze Częstochowa's goalkeeper Miroslaw Gollob to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Zacisze Częstochowa's Wilson Amorim threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cristo Verdu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Felipe Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miroslaw Gollob having to make a save. Miroslaw Gollob showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 20th minute of the match. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Zárate in the 23rd minute of play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Verdu in the 45th minute of play. 48 minutes into the game, Portugal's Viriato Moura nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miroslaw Gollob made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After the first half Portugal were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaston Zárate to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Damaso Alonso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wilson Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Zárate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaston Zárate kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After 85 minutes, Jurand Cempa made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Portugal's Wilson Amorim tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gaston Zárate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miroslaw Gollob prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jurand Cempa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Portugal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Zacisze Częstochowa.
