The wind increased when Fausto Rosado made the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, Herminio Pere notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Switzerland's Hias Nüssli. Hias Nüssli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Switzerland defense, Fausto Rosado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hias Nüssli. The Switzerland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hias Nüssli should have stopped the shot. Hias Nüssli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Rosado, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Fausto Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unidade Pinto Louco's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Rosado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
