Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The audience thought a goal was coming when Aloisio Munet got free with Tommy Kahn in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albin Holweck took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ian Grande. Ian Grande dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, R.B Leipzig's Ilkay Gündoğan got a free kick in the 14th minute. Celsinho Capixaba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aloisio Munet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the game, Aloisio Munet recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tommy Kahn. Aloisio Munet showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 45 minutes into the game, Chris Mergenthaler threw the ball into play from the sideline. R.B Leipzig's Jude Sandoval quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 46 minutes into the match, Aloisio Munet notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aloisio Munet made a kick off. After 62 minutes Germany's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ilkay Gündoğan who took care of the corner kick. Ilkay Gündoğan made a great header on R.B Leipzig's corner, it was just that Germany's Tommy Kahn managed to reach the ball for a save. Frank Sachs kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 63 played minutes, R.B Leipzig's Ilkay Gündoğan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tommy Kahn came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in R.B Leipzig reached it. Fabian Sandoval hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the game, R.B Leipzig's Aloisio Munet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 72nd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chris Mergenthaler to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Kahn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aloisio Munet, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by R.B Leipzig's Aloisio Munet. But to his dismay, Aloisio Munet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Aloisio Munet managed to get in a good position for a shot. R.B Leipzig's supporters rose to their feet, but Aloisio Munet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Kahn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th minute Aloisio Munet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rubén-Darío Bustos's late challenge caught a Germany's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rubén-Darío Bustos helped the player get up and apologised. After 89 played minutes R.B Leipzig got a freekick which was hit by Rubén-Darío Bustos. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aloisio Munet in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th match minute, R.B Leipzig was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubén-Darío Bustos to maneuver through the defense. Many of Germany's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Germany may have spent more time on the ball, but R.B Leipzig were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
