Jorrin Briones who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Wilson Amorim when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viriato Moura to make the kick off. A throw-in in the 51st minute of the game was made by Albert Camus with Eskil Julin as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Ferenc Tököli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Barreto in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Ferenc Tököli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
