KFC Vliegplein's Diederick Englebert got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute, Piet Van Bostraeten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Diederick Englebert came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the KFC Vliegplein fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diederick Englebert couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's Diederick Englebert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tommy Kahn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Willy Stieler's late challenge caught a KFC Vliegplein's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Willy Stieler helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willy Stieler to maneuver through the defense. Norberto Oskitz kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 25th minute of the match Frank Sachs shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teo De Jonge showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The throw-in from Matthy Algoedt in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Germany's Malte Schiele. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Adrian Dreifuss hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diederick Englebert in the 35th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Diederick Englebert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute KFC Vliegplein were awarded a corner. Endel Darmer went to the cornerflag to take it. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diederick Englebert in the 43rd minute of the match. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Janik Vogt hit a great ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diederick Englebert made a kick off. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Willy Stieler hit a great ball. After 52 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Chris Mergenthaler. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Endel Darmer in the 53rd minute of play. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddy Laporte in the 61st minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Piet Van Bostraeten in the 70th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Germany's Linus Schwerner. 75 minutes into the match, Eddy Laporte notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Germany's Tommy Kahn. Tommy Kahn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80th minute Diederick Englebert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd match minute, Germany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Dreifuss to maneuver through the defense. Eddy Laporte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 94 minutes, Albin Holweck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Germany's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albin Holweck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. KFC Vliegplein were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Germany for a fine match.
