Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) San Michele AFC's Alvaro Giusto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Giusto in the 3rd minute of play. Motta Rello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Gustaaf Groeneveldt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Motta Rello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgard Galván during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, Edgard Galván hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Alvaro Giusto came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the San Michele AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Giusto couldn't finish the play. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Giusto in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gijsbert ter Kruimer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Motta Rello having to interfere. Motta Rello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaaf Groeneveldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Arnout Reekers made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Beila Mora sent off a good shot on target. Edgard Galván blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnout Reekers having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gijsbert ter Kruimer in the 39th minute of play forced San Michele AFC's goalkeeper Motta Rello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Giusto in the 41st minute of play. After 46 minutes, 齐平宁 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Michele AFC and the Netherlands players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for San Michele AFC! The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gijsbert ter Kruimer was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of San Michele AFC booed when Netherlands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wim Wilmes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Motta Rello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, San Michele AFC's Beila Mora sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnout Reekers narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Gijsbert ter Kruimer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind San Michele AFC's goalkeeper Motta Rello, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Bart Zomerhuis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, San Michele AFC's Motta Rello got control of the ball when Bart Zomerhuis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnout Reekers came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by San Michele AFC's Beila Mora. But to his dismay, Beila Mora quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 91 minutes into the game, Gust Ennemans threw the ball into play from the sideline. San Michele AFC's Guga Bezerra quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 92 minutes into the game, Dennis Chiappini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Michele AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Netherlands the free kick. In the 92nd match minute, San Michele AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Chiappini to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, San Michele AFC's goalkeeper Motta Rello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Eikelkamp. In the 97th minute of the match Netherlands got a corner. San Michele AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gijsbert ter Kruimer ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but San Michele AFC's Motta Rello did a great save. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
