Habil Castolo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Wilson Amorim skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Habil Castolo didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 25th minute. the xeneise dream team's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Gabino in the 32nd minute of play. Sabin Pânzaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Sabin Pânzaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 40th minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Portugal's Caetano Moreira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sabin Pânzaru made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Habil Castolo to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Portugal got a freekick which was hit by Graciano Coutinho. Sabin Pânzaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viriato Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 57th minute Caetano Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabin Pânzaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andoni Paut hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. the xeneise dream team were furious when Domingos Camerino was red carded, 63 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. the xeneise dream team:s Sabin Pânzaru showed great skill when he stopped Felipe Barreto:s penalty. 65 minutes into the match, Felipe Barreto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sabin Pânzaru. the xeneise dream team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Barreto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. the xeneise dream team's Isaac Sundberg was substituted for Lucio Gabino. An unexpectedly hard shot by Habil Castolo in the 73rd minute of play forced Portugal's goalkeeper Wilson Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 77 minutes of play, the xeneise dream team's Habil Castolo made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Habil Castolo in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Amorim saved Portugal from getting behind. Portugal's Wilson Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Habil Castolo in the 81st minute of play. In the 82ndth minute of the game Habil Castolo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portugal's Wilson Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Habil Castolo struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Wilson Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for the xeneise dream team. A collision led to the xeneise dream team getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Nereo Roldanillo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Pimentel in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sabin Pânzaru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 91st minute, Graciano Coutinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Habil Castolo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wilson Amorim was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Bruno Bastos hit a great ball. In the 96th minute of the match Andoni Paut sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wilson Amorim skillfully saved the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
