Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Omar Toledo started the match with the kick off. Gabriel Ascaso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Lucas in the 3rd minute of play. After 4 minutes Spain's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zeledon Savion who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on AC LeX Luthor's corner Zeledon Savion fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gabriel Ascaso quite easily take care of the ball. Zeledon Savion received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Gabriel Ascaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Errando got free with Gabriel Ascaso in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fulgencio Eyague came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Spain's David Aranda. But to his dismay, David Aranda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Gabriel Ascaso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alvaro Errando showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 15 minute of play. Gabriel Ascaso made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Zeledon Savion sent off a good shot on target. AC LeX Luthor were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Spain's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zeledon Savion took the corner. Gabriel Ascaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Yepes, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Fulgencio Eyague came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Spain's Omar Toledo. But to his dismay, Omar Toledo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Zeledon Savion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 55th minute Pedro Lucas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Ascaso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Spain's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Errando came free, but Gabriel Ascaso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adria Bielsa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. AC LeX Luthor made a substitution. Karl-Axel Kielstedt replaced Zeledon Savion. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vicente Merino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Fulgencio Eyague made a huge save. AC LeX Luthor's Fulgencio Eyague proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save AC LeX Luthor from getting a goal against them. Spain's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adria Bielsa in the 72nd minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Jonathan Criado got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-3. 73 minutes into the match. Adria Bielsa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fulgencio Eyague came out and tried to block the shot, but Adria Bielsa slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 82nd minute. Spain made a substitution. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Axel Kielstedt in the 88th minute of play forced Spain's goalkeeper Gabriel Ascaso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, AC LeX Luthor's Fulgencio Eyague got control of the ball when Carles Cherro tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Peep Pronk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gabriel Ascaso was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Through an outstanding action, after 95 minutes, Fulgencio Eyague successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Spain's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
