With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 38 minutes in the game Erhun Kudret did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Mustafa Emrah Orcaner. After 40 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Frank Sachs. Chris Mergenthaler's late challenge caught a HepsiAltYapı's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chris Mergenthaler helped the player get up and apologised. 40 minutes into the game, one of Germany:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Germany:s Tommy Kahn showed great skill when he stopped Şafak Erserim:s penalty. Frank Sachs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Şafak Erserim took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Tommy Kahn to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Şafak Erserim was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, HepsiAltYapı's Mustafa Emrah Orcaner got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Şafak Muhlis made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Frank Sachs sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 61 in the game by Frank Sachs from a close distance when the talented Şafak Muhlis managed to make a qualified save. HepsiAltYapı's players were relieved. In the 63rd minute, Janik Vogt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the game, Şafak Erserim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Mustafa Emrah Orcaner might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tommy Kahn. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mustafa Emrah Orcaner ran back to his position shaking his head. After 93 played minutes Germany got a freekick which was hit by Sven Krakouer. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rauf Cire in the 95th minute of the match. HepsiAltYapı's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
