Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Johannes Kruuse kicked off to start the match. In the 3rdth minute of the game Edward Vanderstraeten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Fırat Aytekin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Casper Claes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Johannes Kruuse in the 4th minute. In the 7th minute of the match Belgium got a corner. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edward Vanderstraeten ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 11 minutes, Johannes Kruuse made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Belgium's Casper Claes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Belgium defense, Johannes Kruuse kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Casper Claes. The Belgium fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Casper Claes should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute Johannes Kruuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casper Claes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th minute of the match S.C. Corinthians Paulista got a corner. Belgium's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Maurício Rodrigues ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fırat Aytekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Belgium's Nigel Devos got a free kick in the 29th minute. Maurício Rodrigues might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Casper Claes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maurício Rodrigues ran back to his position shaking his head. Fırat Aytekin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sander Dermaut's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Belgium's Floris Claeys managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nildo Rosa in the 35 minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Edgard de Lima in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Belgium's Casper Claes. After having played for 39 minutes, Johannes Kruuse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C. Corinthians Paulista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johannes Kruuse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fırat Aytekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Vanderstraeten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Vanderstraeten in the 43rd minute of play forced S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goalkeeper Fırat Aytekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edward Vanderstraeten took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fırat Aytekin. Fırat Aytekin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edward Vanderstraeten was the one to do the kick off. If Edward Vanderstraeten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgard de Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Casper Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Kruuse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Johannes Kruuse struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Casper Claes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.C. Corinthians Paulista. S.C. Corinthians Paulista made a substitution. Evandro Trancoso replaced Ciro da Silveira. In the 71st minute Edward Vanderstraeten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fırat Aytekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 74th minute of the game. One of Belgium:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of S.C. Corinthians Paulista:s goal. The referee gave S.C. Corinthians Paulista a penalty, 75 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Camillo Giandomenico, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Belgium's Casper Claes. 3-1. Casper Claes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Camillo Giandomenico in the 78th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Vanderstraeten came free, but Fırat Aytekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in S.C. Corinthians Paulista's zone, Edward Vanderstraeten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fırat Aytekin came out of the goal and Edward Vanderstraeten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evandro Trancoso scored 4-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casper Claes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to S.C. Corinthians Paulista getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Valdecir Carlos hit a great ball. Belgium's Edward Vanderstraeten got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fırat Aytekin made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Yves Dervaux sent off a good shot on target. Belgium's Casper Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camillo Giandomenico in the 96th minute of play. When S.C. Corinthians Paulista's Camillo Giandomenico in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belgium's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to S.C. Corinthians Paulista getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Valdecir Carlos hit a great ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. S.C. Corinthians Paulista were victorious despite being under pressure from Belgium for much of the match.
