Cityzens Mdz's Melkior Thorslev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Klawki in the 10th minute of play. TORQUE F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Saul Maties in the 12th minute. 20 minutes in the game Qian Di Lei did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Romulo Estebano. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damaso Lain got free with Elpidio Bilintx in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th match minute, TORQUE F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Qian Di Lei to maneuver through the defense. Cityzens Mdz's Melkior Thorslev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Mancinelli in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th minute Dominik Klawki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melkior Thorslev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 played minutes Cityzens Mdz got a freekick which was hit by Henning Sander. Melkior Thorslev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominik Klawki, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damaso Lain in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elpidio Bilintx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Melkior Thorslev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Ieltxu in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th match minute, TORQUE F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Qian Di Lei to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dave Mancinelli was the one to do the kick off. Cityzens Mdz's Melkior Thorslev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Cityzens Mdz from getting a goal against them. TORQUE F.C.'s Cristian Ieltxu got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. TORQUE F.C.'s Igor Abancens was substituted for Dominik Klawki. If Damaso Lain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Elpidio Bilintx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Lain, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. With a little luck, Cityzens Mdz's Melkior Thorslev got control of the ball when Inocencio Lastur tried to sneak it across the goal line. TORQUE F.C.'s Elpidio Bilintx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damaso Lain in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Ieltxu in the 74th minute of play forced Cityzens Mdz's goalkeeper Melkior Thorslev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Cityzens Mdz's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cristian Ieltxu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Elpidio Bilintx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Lain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cityzens Mdz's goalkeeper Melkior Thorslev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Cristian Ieltxu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TORQUE F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After some careless play in the Cityzens Mdz defense, Cristian Ieltxu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melkior Thorslev. The Cityzens Mdz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melkior Thorslev should have stopped the shot. The TORQUE F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing TORQUE F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
