Cityzens Mdz's Gustavo Loreto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Buendia in the 17th minute of play. 30 minutes into the game, Damaso Lain recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Geronimo Eleazar. Damaso Lain showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 34th minute, Aureliano Buendia made a precise shot to the right of Gustavo Loreto. Cityzens Mdz's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Damaso Lain took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geronimo Eleazar. Geronimo Eleazar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Damaso Lain might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geronimo Eleazar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damaso Lain ran back to his position shaking his head. Geronimo Eleazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Lain in the 42nd minute of play. Cityzens Mdz's Damaso Lain got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 46 minutes, Aureliano Buendia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Albardón F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aureliano Buendia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damaso Lain was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute of the match Albardón F.C got a corner. Cityzens Mdz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gustavo Barros Schelotto ran over to the corner to take the kick. Aureliano Buendia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustavo Loreto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Albardón F.C's Juan Galo was substituted for Erasmo Lluc. After 66 minutes Albardón F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Henning Sander who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Cityzens Mdz's Hillar Tuus got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute of the match Albardón F.C got a corner. Cityzens Mdz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gustavo Barros Schelotto ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Gustavo Barros Schelotto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cityzens Mdz's Gustavo Loreto did a great save. 73 minutes into the match, Cityzens Mdz's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Buendia came free, but Gustavo Loreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damaso Lain in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geronimo Eleazar saved Albardón F.C from getting behind. Aureliano Buendia struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Gustavo Loreto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Albardón F.C. Cityzens Mdz made a substitution. Amado Herensuge replaced Doroteo Arango. Henning Sander hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match.
