Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Metod Mlynar made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Slovakia booed when Mechanical Animals was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julien Ramusch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tom-Lukas Ramusch hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Slovakia's Henrich Slany proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Slovakia from getting a goal against them. Benjamin Schmelter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Henrich Slany tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Zigmund Maliar fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slovakia's protests and gave Zigmund Maliar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Zigmund Maliar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Nicolas Fürderer was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 27th minute. Mechanical Animals's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Henrich Slany showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johann Hassel in the 30th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Jan-Nicolas Fürderer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mechanical Animals's supporters rose to their feet, but Jan-Nicolas Fürderer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henrich Slany breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 37 minutes into the match, Johann Hassel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrich Slany. Slovakia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johann Hassel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 44th minute Johann Hassel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Slany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Johann Hassel made the kick off in the second half. Henrich Slany took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Schmelter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henrich Slany made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johann Hassel in the 52nd minute of play. A collision led to Slovakia getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Zigmund Maliar hit a great ball. Johann Hassel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th match minute, Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zigmund Maliar to maneuver through the defense. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johann Hassel in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Benjamin Schmelter notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Slovakia's Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Slovakia's Henrich Slany played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Schmelter in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Jan-Nicolas Fürderer notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Slovakia's Henrich Slany. Henrich Slany was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mechanical Animals made a substitution. Hubert Sieberichs replaced Johann Hassel. After having played for 74 minutes, Jan-Nicolas Fürderer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mechanical Animals's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan-Nicolas Fürderer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 77 minutes, Benjamin Schmelter made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Slovakia's Henrich Slany tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jan-Nicolas Fürderer might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henrich Slany. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan-Nicolas Fürderer ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan-Nicolas Fürderer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henrich Slany showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hubert Sieberichs in the 90th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hubert Sieberichs in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henrich Slany saved Slovakia from getting behind. In the 92nd minute Hubert Sieberichs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrich Slany saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Suchy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Mechanical Animals were the better team. Mechanical Animals's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
