Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rod Marsland started the match with the kick off. Rod Marsland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aguinhas's goalkeeper Walmyr Queirós, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Sigfrido Auletta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Italy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Flavio Vittori came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Aguinhas's Rod Marsland. But to his dismay, Rod Marsland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Italy's goalkeeper Flavio Vittori, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 16th minute Aguinhas were awarded a corner. Paulo Renato Fernandez went to the cornerflag to take it. Flavio Vittori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rod Marsland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Walmyr Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zaccheo Andolina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Malsepica kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 26th minute of play forced Aguinhas's goalkeeper Walmyr Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Aguinhas defense, Zaccheo Andolina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Walmyr Queirós. The Aguinhas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Walmyr Queirós should have stopped the shot. Walmyr Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siricio Liotta in the 36th minute of play. Zaccheo Andolina's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Walmyr Queirós read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Zaccheo Andolina took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Walmyr Queirós. Walmyr Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Faudel Gaume was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 47 minutes into the match. After the first half Italy were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zaccheo Andolina to make the kick off. With a little luck, Aguinhas's Walmyr Queirós got control of the ball when Zaccheo Andolina tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Italy getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Eliseo Cutri hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Franklin Paes in the 68th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Italy's Eliseo Cutri. Siricio Liotta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Walmyr Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aguinhas made a substitution. Mazarópi Orange replaced Rod Marsland. 71 minutes into the match, Aguinhas's goal looked a bit too open when Zaccheo Andolina came free, but Walmyr Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 played minutes Italy got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Cutri. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaccheo Andolina in the 79th minute of play forced Aguinhas's goalkeeper Walmyr Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Aguinhas's goalkeeper Walmyr Queirós had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zaccheo Andolina. In the 90th minute Adriano Curto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmyr Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Italy's Eliseo Cutri got a free kick in the 90th minute. Aguinhas's Walmyr Queirós proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Aguinhas from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Aguinhas's Walmyr Queirós got control of the ball when Adriano Curto tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Italy left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Aguinhas.
