The crowd rose to their feet as Ian Uggstedt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnout Reekers. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goalkeeper Arnout Reekers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ian Uggstedt. Karl-Magnus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gijsbert ter Kruimer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 minutes TSIGALKO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gijsbert ter Kruimer who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Gijsbert ter Kruimer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but TSIGALKO's Karl-Magnus Ekrot did a great save. In the 42nd minute Gustaaf Groeneveldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Magnus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Meesters hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, TSIGALKO's Kristian Ekelund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Arnout Reekers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liam de Almeida in the 56th minute of the match. Arnout Reekers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ian Uggstedt went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 63 minutes into the match, TSIGALKO's goal looked a bit too open when Gijsbert ter Kruimer came free, but Karl-Magnus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Netherlands's Arnout Reekers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Uggstedt in the 72nd minute of play. Gustaaf Groeneveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Karl-Magnus Ekrot made a huge save. In the 81st minute, Gunnar Ersman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Karl-Magnus Ekrot managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Netherlands's Gustaaf Groeneveldt fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 83 minutes into the match, Netherlands's goal looked a bit too open when Kristian Ekelund came free, but Arnout Reekers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnout Reekers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Ekelund in the 85th minute of play. Gijsbert ter Kruimer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Magnus Ekrot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Netherlands players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for TSIGALKO.
