Leonides Xacintu charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonides Xacintu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. After 41 played minutes 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Xacintu. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Viriato Moura to strike the kick off in the second half. After 78 minutes of play, 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's Levan Dost made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Amorim was left in no man's land by his defense there! Göktuğ Demir's late challenge caught a Portugal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Göktuğ Demir helped the player get up and apologised. Göktuğ Demir hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's goalkeeper Farid Mondragon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felipinho Amorim. 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's Farid Mondragon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 94th minute of play.
