Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Balazs Lajos in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabrizio Catapano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Fabrizio Catapano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. 29 minutes into the match, Chuquisaca's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Fabrizio Catapano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 33 minutes, Antal Valentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungary's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antal Valentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emesto Abajas kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Cyprian Soroka struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chuquisaca. When Werner Colvin came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Chuquisaca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Werner Colvin couldn't finish the play. Fabrizio Catapano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Major Barna in the 46th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. Fabrizio Catapano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Major Barna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Chuquisaca booed when Hungary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bakos Endre didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Chuquisaca getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Emesto Abajas hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Balazs Lajos got free with Fabrizio Catapano in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Katona Janos hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Chuquisaca made a substitution. Xurdin Abello replaced Vicemte Abancens. Katona Janos kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Chuquisaca's Emesto Abajas got a free kick in the 80th minute. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Werner Colvin in the 91st minute of play.
