Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Germany's Frank Sachs started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Frank Sachs came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Germany fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sachs couldn't finish the play. If Jan-Ivar Nordmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Ellande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Sachs, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Mercedes's Augusto Ellande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Holweck in the 17th minute of play. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Augusto Ellande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute Germany were awarded a corner. Frank Sachs went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Germany's Albin Holweck getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Augusto Ellande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Sachs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Ellande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 34th minute Frank Sachs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Ellande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Germany's Janik Vogt got a free kick in the 35th minute. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Ivar Nordmo in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Adrian Dreifuss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Mon in the 48th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan-Ivar Nordmo in the 57th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mercedes's Melquiades Chinto was substituted for Filiberto Pinto. In the 60th minute of the match Mercedes got a corner. Germany's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anier Mon ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Frank Sachs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mercedes made a substitution. Alvaro Abar replaced Santo Rumaldo. In the 65th minute Honorato Kauldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Kahn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kubat Älibalalı in the 69th minute of the match. Tommy Kahn came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Mercedes's Kubat Älibalalı. But to his dismay, Kubat Älibalalı quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 74 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Kubat Älibalalı came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kubat Älibalalı in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Kahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 81st minute, Janik Vogt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kubat Älibalalı in the 86th minute of play forced Germany's goalkeeper Tommy Kahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Abar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 90 minutes into the game, Mercedes's Alvaro Abar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tommy Kahn made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. When the referee ended the match the Mercedes players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
