Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Viriato Moura kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Portugal's Graciano Coutinho got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Wilson Amorim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Özgür Özbek went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Wilson Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hüseyin Cahit Yanıker's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Barreto in the 9th minute of play forced Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's goalkeeper Mert Günok to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Rodolfo Miranda hit a great ball. Mert Günok showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Moura in the 20th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Lupe Bower came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Moura in the 26th minute of play forced Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's goalkeeper Mert Günok to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mert Günok showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 34th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mert Günok saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute, Özgür Özbek reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Wilson Amorim. The goal made the score 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hüseyin Cahit Yanıker, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's Mert Günok proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Futbol Sevenler Kulübü from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute, Iwo Pawlik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias was substituted for Viriato Moura. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's Jarkko Laatikainen was substituted for Gustav Kvick. In the 67th match minute, Futbol Sevenler Kulübü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwo Pawlik to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Felipinho Amorim could shoot a difficult shot in the 68th minute, which Mert Günok however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's Mert Günok got control of the ball when Felipinho Amorim tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Felipinho Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 73rd minute Felipinho Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mert Günok saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mert Günok showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 81 minutes into the game, Caetano Moreira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Mert Günok was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Futbol Sevenler Kulübü booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Caetano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mert Günok was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felipinho Amorim showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 89 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Futbol Sevenler Kulübü's zone, Daniel Pimentel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mert Günok came out of the goal and Daniel Pimentel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Portugal's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
