In the 43rdth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Hyklerne's Hasan Bræmdal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 67 played minutes Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Chris Nygaard. 69 minutes into the game, Chris Nygaard recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hasan Bræmdal. Chris Nygaard showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. If Chris Nygaard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jørg Mojsen kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Chris Nygaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Denmark's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Hyklerne the free kick. Bjarne Kirkegaard kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Denmark's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
