Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antal Valentin to make the kick off. When Balazs Lajos came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balazs Lajos couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Calle Målare put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fodor Daniel. Schmeissen FC's Jarl Gunnarsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Schmeissen FC from getting a goal against them. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Tinglöf in the 62nd minute of play. Jan-Åke Gustavsson struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Schmeissen FC. Eddie Tinglöf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fodor Daniel having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Schmeissen FC's goalkeeper Jarl Gunnarsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Balazs Lajos. Jens Apelkvist's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jens Apelkvist helped the player get up and apologised. After 76 played minutes Schmeissen FC got a freekick which was hit by Jens Apelkvist. In the 78th minute, Jens Apelkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Hegedus Henrik hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calle Målare in the 86th minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Tinglöf in the 89th minute of play. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddie Tinglöf in the 92nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Hungary's zone, Eddie Tinglöf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fodor Daniel came out of the goal and Eddie Tinglöf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
