England's Khalid Kennedy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Hopgood in the 11th minute of play. Kyle Cox's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ellison Emmenegger read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Issac Dawson managed to get in a good position for a shot. England's supporters rose to their feet, but Issac Dawson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ed Delamore to strike the kick off in the second half. Ellison Emmenegger was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Kyle Cox capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kyle Cox really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2. England's Kyle Cox got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Tristan Lane put it in 5-2 from a short distance just to the right of Khalid Kennedy. Kyle Cox sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Tristan Lane ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Khalid Kennedy was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. Ellison Emmenegger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kyle Cox's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Khalid Kennedy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ed Delamore in the 69th minute of play. The corner led England's Micah Macdonald to fire away a dangerous shot which Ellison Emmenegger despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, England's Eddie Willis got a free kick in the 94th minute. Celery's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
