Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stefan Andersson started the match with the kick off. Kristian Törnqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antal Valentin, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Stefan Andersson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fodor Daniel having to make a save. After some careless play in the Hungary defense, Pär Odén kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Hungary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fodor Daniel should have stopped the shot. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Bagge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Fodor Daniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Balazs Lajos took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristian Törnqvist. Kristian Törnqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 27 minutes Idrottsklubben -03's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Hungary's Fodor Daniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Hungary from getting a goal against them. Stefan Andersson did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Fodor Daniel 33 minutes into the match. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the game, Hungary's Balazs Lajos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristian Törnqvist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Antal Valentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Törnqvist having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antal Valentin made a kick off. The supporters of Hungary booed when Idrottsklubben -03 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erling Falkrantz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hegedus Henrik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Kristian Törnqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kristian Törnqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Balazs Lajos in the 61st minute. In the 65th minute Stefan Andersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Antal Valentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Bagge struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Fodor Daniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Idrottsklubben -03. Idrottsklubben -03 made a substitution. Pär Groth replaced Pär Odén. After 72 minutes Idrottsklubben -03's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Antal Valentin who took care of the corner kick. Pär Groth scored 3-2 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fodor Daniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Herman Örtendahl thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Kristian Törnqvist, a very annoying self made goal in the 81st minute which led to 3-3. With a little luck, Idrottsklubben -03's Kristian Törnqvist got control of the ball when Antal Valentin tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Stefan Andersson put it in 4-3 from a short distance just to the right of Fodor Daniel. The Idrottsklubben -03 support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
