Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Octavian Popescu made the kick off and thus started the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Octavian Popescu in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxime Durand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maxime Durand made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Jonathan Calleri sent off a good shot on target. 7 minutes into the match, Octavian Popescu notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of France's Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 11th minute Camille Baume shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandros Petridis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paraskevas Sorin hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. If Frank Peletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FC NATIONAL getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Apostolis Polychronopoulos hit a great ball. If Octavian Popescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandros Petridis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frank Peletier's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. The audience was convinced that Octavian Popescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxime Durand was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Alexandros Petridis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Peletier, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a defensive mix-up in France's zone, Octavian Popescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxime Durand came out of the goal and Octavian Popescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Frank Peletier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Peletier in the 43rd minute of play forced FC NATIONAL's goalkeeper Alexandros Petridis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Peletier made a kick off. France's Maxime Durand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Calleri in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th match minute, FC NATIONAL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marios Kotsilimbas to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Peletier got free with Alexandros Petridis in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to France getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Maxence Durand hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, France's Remy Dupuy got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Frank Peletier struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Alexandros Petridis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for France. After 74 played minutes FC NATIONAL got a freekick which was hit by Paraskevas Sorin. Alexandros Petridis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Peletier went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 80th minute, Alexis Bruneau got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Camille Baume recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 83 minutes into the game, one of FC NATIONAL:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 87thth minute of the game Octavian Popescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but France's Maxime Durand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christian Chivu charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christian Chivu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 95 played minutes FC NATIONAL got a freekick which was hit by Christian Chivu. In the 96th minute David Barbier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandros Petridis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Frank Peletier got free with Alexandros Petridis in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded France left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC NATIONAL.
