In the 5th minute Emil Guttorm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. David Rusil hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Vavrinec Holub took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Nissen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Millard Mitchell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Bohumir Kohout got a free kick in the 15th minute. A collision led to FC Pladask getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Søren Skålevik hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's David Rusil got a free kick in the 29th minute. Alan Rezek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bjørn Engelund having to interfere. Bjørn Engelund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erik Jilek's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emil Guttorm made a kick off. After 50 played minutes Czech Republic got a freekick which was hit by Bohumir Kohout. Gene Kelly took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vavrinec Holub. Czech Republic's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vavrinec Holub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emil Guttorm, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Peter Gjerde hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Denis Dostal made a precise shot to the right of Bjørn Engelund. FC Pladask's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Nils-Johan Hagberg hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Vavrinec Holub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Nissen in the 65th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Czech Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Nissen came free, but Vavrinec Holub reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vavrinec Holub showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Guttorm in the 77th minute of the match. Erik Jilek charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erik Jilek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Czech Republic's Erik Jilek got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 95th minute Aleksander Uthus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vavrinec Holub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that FC Pladask were the better team. FC Pladask's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
