Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Abidin Tümerk started the match with the kick off. FC GG's Selçuk Tekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chris Nygaard in the 4th minute of play. In the 8thth minute of the game Chris Nygaard who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC GG's Selçuk Tekin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Onurhan Sufi managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC GG's supporters rose to their feet, but Onurhan Sufi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keld Paulsen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chris Nygaard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, FC GG's goal looked a bit too open when Bertram Svenningsen came free, but Selçuk Tekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertram Svenningsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Selçuk Tekin having to interfere. In the 27th minute Abidin Tümerk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keld Paulsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Denmark defense, Mauro Icardi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keld Paulsen. The Denmark fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keld Paulsen should have stopped the shot. Bertram Svenningsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, FC GG's Ahmet Oytunç got a free kick in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Bertram Svenningsen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Selçuk Tekin. FC GG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bertram Svenningsen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Denmark's Bjarne Kirkegaard managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Vahit Akboy in the 43 minute of the game. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chris Nygaard stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 58 in the game by Chris Nygaard from a close distance when the talented Selçuk Tekin managed to make a qualified save. FC GG's players were relieved. 59 minutes into the game, Onurhan Sufi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Keld Paulsen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Simon Bendtsen hit a great ball. Onurhan Sufi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Selçuk Tekin was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Chris Nygaard capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Chris Nygaard really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. When Ahmet Oytunç fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC GG's protests and gave Ahmet Oytunç a yellow card for diving instead. Vahit Akboy made in the 85th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Onurhan Sufi immediately put the ball in play. Mauro Icardi scored 3-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Keld Paulsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Simon Bendtsen kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abidin Tümerk in the 96th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC GG support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
