In the 15th minute, Viriato Moura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 白坚傲 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 白坚傲 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 白坚傲 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Barreto in the 25th minute of play. 白坚傲 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felipe Barreto's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tage Eklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. A collision led to Stakbröte getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Laurențiu Roşu hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Văn 吕布 came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Moreira in the 35th minute of play forced Stakbröte's goalkeeper 白坚傲 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilson Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Văn 吕布 in the 37th minute. Felipe Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 白坚傲. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. After 39 played minutes Stakbröte got a freekick which was hit by Lars Jens. Daniel Pimentel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tage Eklund to make the kick off. After 54 minutes, Viriato Moura made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Stakbröte's 白坚傲 tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 62nd minute Văn 吕布 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilson Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tage Eklund ran back to his position shaking his head. Stakbröte's Sverker Hydén was substituted for Văn 吕布. Stakbröte's Mathias Kielberg was substituted for Dündar Dunđer. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Eklund in the 71st minute of play. In the 75th minute of the match, Bartolomeu Dias got a very nice opportunity to score, but 白坚傲 was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 白坚傲 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartolomeu Dias in the 78th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Graciano Coutinho could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which 白坚傲 however easily saved by the left post. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Sverker Hydén sped through Portugal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wilson Amorim. After 92 minutes, Bartolomeu Dias made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. Stakbröte's 白坚傲 tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Wilson Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sverker Hydén, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
