In the 32nd minute Gijsbert ter Kruimer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miloš Agatonović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saša Šorgić hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. A collision led to Netherlands getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Wim Wilmes hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Velika Greda's zone, Gijsbert ter Kruimer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miloš Agatonović came out of the goal and Gijsbert ter Kruimer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damir Paljić stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tytus Škarpa hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute of the match Velika Greda got a corner. Netherlands's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Damir Paljić ran over to the corner to take the kick. Damir Paljić made a great header on Velika Greda's corner, it was just that Netherlands's Arnout Reekers managed to reach the ball for a save. Arnout Reekers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tytus Škarpa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute Damir Paljić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnout Reekers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miloš Agatonović made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Gustaaf Groeneveldt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Miloš Agatonović. That made the score 1-1 in the 81 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gustaaf Groeneveldt got free with Miloš Agatonović in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Velika Greda's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Gustaaf Groeneveldt scored to the left of an out of position Miloš Agatonović, making the score, 1-2. Velika Greda's Miloš Agatonović proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Velika Greda from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wim Wilmes got free with Miloš Agatonović in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Netherlands left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Velika Greda.
