Bertram Svenningsen kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olgierd Matela in the 6th minute of play forced Denmark's goalkeeper Keld Paulsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lars Steen kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. When RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's Jurand Hyska in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Denmark's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Denmark getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Olav Graversen hit a great ball. With his leg Keld Paulsen managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's Jurand Hyska fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 19th minute, Chris Nygaard made a precise shot to the right of Wawrzyniec Pozorski. RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Bertram Svenningsen struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Wawrzyniec Pozorski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Denmark. Wawrzyniec Pozorski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikkel Wulff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner went over the outstretched arms of RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's goalie and right to Bjarne Kirkegaard. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chris Nygaard in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wawrzyniec Pozorski saved RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA from getting behind. In the 42nd match minute, Denmark was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Ludvigsen to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Denmark were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chris Nygaard was the one to do the kick off. Wawrzyniec Pozorski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chris Nygaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. A throw-in in the 55th minute of the game was made by Wlodzimierz Plaski with Zbyszko Szotek as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Olgierd Matela hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, Mikkel Wulff got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olgierd Matela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keld Paulsen having to interfere. Bertram Svenningsen in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wawrzyniec Pozorski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's Wawrzyniec Pozorski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA from getting a goal against them. RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's Wawrzyniec Pozorski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertram Svenningsen in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of Denmark booed when RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludomir Pysz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wawrzyniec Pozorski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Nygaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Chris Nygaard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Simon Bendtsen kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Bertram Svenningsen hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Denmark's Olav Graversen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Wlodzimierz Plaski in the 90 minute of the game. In the 93rd minute, Lars Steen made a precise shot to the right of Wawrzyniec Pozorski. RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Denmark's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
