Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Viriato Moura started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Cambaratiba's Tasos Fasoulas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wilson Amorim. Wilson Amorim yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 10 minutes into the game, Diguinho Vaz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cambaratiba's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Portugal the free kick. After 10 played minutes Cambaratiba got a freekick which was hit by Diguinho Vaz. Felipe Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The throw-in from Belmiro Motta in the 22nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Portugal's Daniel Pimentel. Stanislaw Lichucki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Moura in the 22nd minute of play. Portugal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Felipe Barreto in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute Viriato Moura shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stanislaw Lichucki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stanislaw Lichucki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graciano Coutinho in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to Portugal getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Viriato Moura hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the match, Cambaratiba's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Moura came free, but Stanislaw Lichucki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes in the game Rodolfo Miranda did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Felipe Barreto. Tasos Fasoulas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Wilson Amorim came out and tried to block the shot, but Tasos Fasoulas slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 47th minute. Cambaratiba's Fabiano Mota was substituted for Kiko Leal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tasos Fasoulas to strike the kick off in the second half. Cambaratiba's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Daniel Pimentel scored to the left of an out of position Stanislaw Lichucki, making the score, 2-1. The supporters of Portugal booed when Cambaratiba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dudu Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Tasos Fasoulas came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Miranda hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the game, Tasos Fasoulas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Wilson Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Stanislaw Lichucki successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Cambaratiba's Tasos Fasoulas in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Portugal's goalie prevented a goal. Belmiro Motta kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. A collision led to Cambaratiba getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Belmiro Motta hit a great ball. Felipinho Amorim scored 3-2 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stanislaw Lichucki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Caetano Moreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Stanislaw Lichucki made a huge save. 86 minutes into the game, Cambaratiba's Eduardo Mandrak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wilson Amorim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. After 90 played minutes Cambaratiba got a freekick which was hit by Belmiro Motta. In the 92nd minute of the match, Bartolomeu Dias tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Stanislaw Lichucki saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 93 minutes into the game, Portugal's Bartolomeu Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stanislaw Lichucki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartolomeu Dias in the 97th minute of play forced Cambaratiba's goalkeeper Stanislaw Lichucki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Portugal players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cambaratiba.
