Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rômulo Abraão was slow to take the kick. During this time Renascer's players had a chance to rest. After 13 played minutes Renascer got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Linhares. In the 17th minute, Chris Mergenthaler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Renascer's zone, Frank Sachs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donato Souza came out of the goal and Frank Sachs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th match minute, Renascer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinícius de Andrade to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Frank Sachs managed to get in a good position for a shot. Germany's supporters rose to their feet, but Frank Sachs was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Souza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Germany getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Janik Vogt hit a great ball. Janik Vogt hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frank Sachs was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Germany's goal looked a bit too open when Horácio Maciel came free, but Tommy Kahn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guilherme Loureiro kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Germany's Tommy Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horácio Maciel in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Horácio Maciel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Tommy Kahn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gong Yi Feng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Tommy Kahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gong Yi Feng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Renascer's Horácio Maciel in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Germany's goalie prevented a goal. Tommy Kahn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gong Yi Feng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy Kahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horácio Maciel in the 78th minute of play. Donato Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Sachs in the 82nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Horácio Maciel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tommy Kahn was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albin Holweck in the 86th minute of play forced Renascer's goalkeeper Donato Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Renascer had won after a very even match.
