Armando Scibilia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maxime Durand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Armando Scibilia notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of France's Maxime Durand. Maxime Durand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A hard shot 16 in the game by Alvise Sisti from a close distance when the talented Maxime Durand managed to make a qualified save. France's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Peletier in the 17th minute of play forced Prato Valera's goalkeeper Michelangelo Menduni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Octavio Chico's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 36th minute, Frank Peletier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Michelangelo Menduni was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Camille Baume shot from long distance after 40 played minutes, a shot that Michelangelo Menduni with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. Camille Baume hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Alvise Sisti's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Maxime Durand firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 47 played minutes Prato Valera got a freekick which was hit by Cosimo Prandini. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frank Peletier made a kick off. Quentin Beaux hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvise Sisti in the 53rd minute of play forced France's goalkeeper Maxime Durand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute of the match, Frank Peletier got a very nice opportunity to score, but Michelangelo Menduni was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A throw-in in the 66th minute of the game was made by Emiliano Zulli with Alvise Sisti as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Remy Dupuy kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 67th minute of the match Dave Petrini sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maxime Durand skillfully saved the ball. Maxime Durand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alvise Sisti's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute, Alvise Sisti made a precise shot to the right of Maxime Durand. France's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Dave Petrini made in the 83rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Octavio Chico however managed to control. Prato Valera's Emiliano Zulli managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Remy Dupuy in the 84 minute of the game. If Alvise Sisti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Frank Peletier in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Michelangelo Menduni, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 90 minutes into the match, Prato Valera's goalkeeper Michelangelo Menduni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frank Peletier. A sloppy throw-in by Dave Petrini in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by France's Remy Dupuy. Michelangelo Menduni made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Frank Peletier sent off a good shot on target.
