Viriato Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. King Junior tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilson Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionică Lucescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Moura in the 22nd minute of play forced Kobra TEAM's goalkeeper King Junior to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Portugal were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Kobra TEAM's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Felipe Barreto took the corner. 28 minutes into the match, Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Amauri Lopes came free, but Wilson Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Cazimir Corbeanu in the 29th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Portugal's Bruno Bastos. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felipe Barreto in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg King Junior saved Kobra TEAM from getting behind. If Amauri Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Felipe Barreto struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. King Junior didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portugal. King Junior showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Barreto in the 37th minute of the match. After 39 minutes Kobra TEAM's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Felipe Barreto who took care of the corner kick. Portugal's Daniel Pimentel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cazimir Corbeanu in the 43 minute of the game. Felipe Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without King Junior having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Viriato Moura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aristides Paiva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. A throw-in in the 55th minute of the game was made by Laurențiu Butnaru with Cazimir Corbeanu as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Portugal's Felipinho Amorim was substituted for Felipe Barreto. Wilson Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ionică Lucescu in the 75th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartolomeu Dias in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg King Junior saved Kobra TEAM from getting behind. Kobra TEAM made a substitution. Danny King replaced Aristides Paiva. Portugal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Pimentel in the 79th minute. Portugal's Caetano Moreira was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but King Junior in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipinho Amorim in the 80th minute of play forced Kobra TEAM's goalkeeper King Junior to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolomeu Dias got free with King Junior in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amauri Lopes in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilson Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. King Junior made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Moreira in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Felipinho Amorim recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of King Junior. Felipinho Amorim showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Kobra TEAM had won after a very even match.
