Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Brooklyn SC's Jonas Cole started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Cole in the 2nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Trenton Long got free with Fodor Daniel in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes into the game, Jonas Cole was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brooklyn SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hungary the free kick. 11 minutes into the match, Antal Valentin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Brooklyn SC's Jospeh McNally. Jospeh McNally was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Antal Valentin took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jospeh McNally. Jospeh McNally dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Hungary's Fodor Daniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Cole in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Beard in the 22nd minute of play forced Hungary's goalkeeper Fodor Daniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Takacs Tibor in the 23rd minute of play forced Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Jospeh McNally to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antal Valentin in the 27th minute of play forced Brooklyn SC's goalkeeper Jospeh McNally to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Cole got free with Fodor Daniel in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd minute Jonas Cole shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jospeh McNally came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Hungary's Balazs Lajos. But to his dismay, Balazs Lajos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
In the 52nd minute Jonas Cole shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodor Daniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Schmidt charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luís Schmidt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd match minute, Brooklyn SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Schmidt to maneuver through the defense. 55 minutes into the match, Brooklyn SC's goal looked a bit too open when Major Barna came free, but Jospeh McNally reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Hegedus Henrik got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jospeh McNally quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Major Barna came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Hungary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Major Barna couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Hungary getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Antal Valentin hit a great ball. Fodor Daniel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Trenton Long in the 67th minute of the match. Fodor Daniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trenton Long, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Fodor Daniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trenton Long in the 76th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Jospeh McNally successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Takacs Tibor got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Brooklyn SC's Jospeh McNally proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Brooklyn SC from getting a goal against them. When Gerardo Beard, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 84 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Fodor Daniel was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Jonas Cole put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Fodor Daniel. 93 minutes into the match, Hungary's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Cole came free, but Fodor Daniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hegedus Henrik's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jospeh McNally firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hungary played a much better game than Brooklyn SC and deserved their victory. The Brooklyn SC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
